How We Help with Mortgage Modifications
Generally we are not running a mortgage mod factory. We encourage borrowers to do their own leg work and get the required documentation together for forwarding to the mortgage company. We do take consultation fees and render advise regarding the modification process in the areas of:

- shepherding the process
- likelihood of success
- hardship letters
foreclosure defense or offense
- analysis of income documentation
- obtaining refunds from internet loan mod services
